Ragan Naresh

Ragan Naresh litigates complex civil disputes nationwide, with a focus on Multi-District Litigation (MDL) and class action practice. Ragan has played a leading role in key energy cases in states across the country, including Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota and Wyoming – both at the trial and appellate levels. Ragan has taken numerous oil & gas cases to trial, both before juries and arbitration panels, and appeared before state Supreme Courts and federal courts of appeals in oil & gas matters. These cases include royalty class actions; tort claims alleging mineral trespass and conversion; and disputes between working interest owners regarding the reasonableness of production and post-production costs, among others.
