Practice Areas
Mr. Tang joined JunHe in 2018 and is based at the Chengdu office. His main areas of practice are corporate and M&A, construction and infrastructure. With more than seventeen years professional experience, Mr. Tang has provided both domestic and foreign enterprises with a variety of legal services in areas such as greenfield investment, M&A and liquidation, bidding and tendering, franchising and construction. He has been recommended highly by the legal magazine Chambers and Partners.
