Peter Stig Jakobsen

Peter Stig Jacobsen frequently represents clients in competition, procurement, compensation and criminal cases before the Supreme Court, the High Courts, the Maritime and Commercial High Court, the Competition Council, the Competition Appeals Tribunal, the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and the European Court of Justice as well as in arbitration proceedings. Further, Peter Stig has significant expertise working closely with clients across a broad range of sectors including media, consumer product and retail, agriculture, motor vehicles, manufacturing industries, construction industries, ports and utilities.

In addition, Peter Stig has taught competition and marketing law at the University of Copenhagen for a number of years and has co-authored university-level textbooks on procurement and competition law.
