Lise Lauridsen is a partner in Bech-Bruun’s Labour and Employment Law department and advises clients on the full range of labour and employment law. With a wealth of experience, Lise advises both domestic and international undertakings on business transfers, outsourcing, reorganisations, protection of trade secrets and incentive schemes for executive-level employees. In addition, Lise has for many years advised public employers on intricate labour law issues, which has given her significant and in-depth knowledge of the public labour market.
Lise is widely acknowledged for her considerable expertise in employment litigation and investigations and has in-depth experience handling matters relating to the termination of executives and other high-ranking employees. In addition, her distinguished track record includes handling of cases relating to employment terms and the abuse of trade secrets. Lise's previous employment at the Danish Ministry of Justice has equipped her with a unique understanding of the political space that public employers typically navigate. Lise furthermore heads Bech-Bruun’s whistleblowing team and assists clients – both private enterprises and public authorities – with setting up and operating whistleblowing schemes.
