In his career Thomas Thordal Sevelsted has been involved in a wide range of corporate law disciplines, from real estate to restructuring and bankruptcy and now finance law, particularly in connection with business transfers. Today his primary focus is on Danish and international loans, financing of business transfers and large assets such as aircraft, vessels and real estate portfolios. In addition, Thomas advises banks as well as debtors on distressed loans and refinancing.

Through secondments with Danske Bank A/S and A.P. Møller-Mærsk A/S Thomas has gained in-depth knowledge of the financial sector and the transport and logistics industry. In this connection he has over the past years accumulated considerable expertise in the area of air transport, where he has been involved in many transactions regarding purchase, sale, leasing and financing of aircraft.

Moreover, Thomas has been posted with a leading German law firm, establishing particular insight into the German market.
