Anders Birkelund Nielsen

As a procurement and contract law specialist, Anders Birkelund Nielsen advises contracting authorities and utilities on the obligation to tender, designing tender strategy, drafting tender material and contracts as well as conducting tenders. He advises enterprises submitting tenders on complying with suitability requirements, ensuring conformity and optimisation of bids in relation to specific award criteria. In addition, Anders has extensive experience in conducting cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and the ordinary courts.
