Over the course of 20 years, Tina has advised primarily public authorities and utilities, but also private enterprises in connection with construction law, tenders and subcontracting, including in connection with planning and implementation of major, complex infrastructure projects and building and construction assignments.
Tina is also highly experienced in drafting contracts and planning tender strategies, issuing invitations to tender, including planning of and participation in dialogues and complicated negotiations as well as quality assurance of contract documents. In addition, Tina is particularly experienced in rendering advice in connection with procurement law, public law and construction law disputes, etc. She has conducted in excess of 100 complaints proceedings before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and multiple cases before the ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals.
During the period 2005-2014, Tina lectured in the course “Public Contracting, EU Tender Procedures and national rules” in the master programme at Aarhus University and she also lectures at a number of courses/seminars in procurement and construction law topics, including for IKA, Insight Event, Nohrcon and the Danish Association of Construction Clients.
