The Competition/European law section in Denmark ranks lawyers and law firms based on their recent work in merger clearance matters and foreign direct investment filings, as well as behavioural investigations into allegations of abuse of dominance or cartel involvement. It also covers the representation of clients in damages claims or appeals against decisions by competition authorities. State aid issues are also covered by this section. The ranking for the law firms also takes into account their ability to handle public procurement mandates, while individual lawyers who are specialised in this area are ranked in a separate table.
