Ning Liu

Ms. Liu Ning has been a ranked outstanding lawyer in the Corporate and M&A by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Global, one of the Top 10 Outstanding Female Lawyers honored by Shanghai Bar Association for years of 2016-2018, one of Top 15 ALB Rising Lawyers for year 2018, and one of the Top 15 ALB China Female Lawyers for year 2022.

Ms. Liu is specialized in advising both domestic and overseas clients of PRC law in complex cross-border M&A. She is sensitive to clients’ commercial purpose and help them achieve their challenging business targets with her extensive PRC legal practice experience. Ms. Liu also advices on capital markets, tax planning and antitrust aspects in M&A transactions. Her clients include both domestic and international leading companies and investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, Carlyle, Temasek, Honeywell, Bosch, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, GE Healthcare, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Boston Scientific, Fresenius, Heraeus, Aptar, Hermes, Disney, Kering Group, Estee Lauder, etc.. Ms. Liu has advised clients in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, internet, added-value telecommunication, high-tech, investment bank, chemical, retail, real estate and Luxury.

Early in her career, Ms. Liu was with an international law firm in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and has since been involved in various large projects of well-known international companies, including the China East-West Gas Pipeline project, Australia-China natural gas supply project and Venetian Macao Resort Hotel construction project.
