Nicole represents debtors, creditors and investors in all aspects of complex corporate restructurings and special situation investments, acquisitions and liability management transactions. She represents public and private company clients in multijurisdictional and cross-border matters across multiple industries and has led debtors and plan sponsors through several high-profile Chapter 11 cases, including At Home, Franchise Group, Inc., Invitae, Sientra, Lannett, Murray Energy, Town Sports, Lakeland Tours, Quorum Health, Garrett Motion, Payless, Caesars Entertainment, Sbarro, OGX, Physiotherapy Associates, Reader’s Digest, Tronox, United Retail Group and Armstrong World Industries.
