Molly Kelley is a litigation partner concentrating in white-collar criminal investigations and all areas of civil and criminal antitrust. She represents clients in a broad array of industries, including technology, medical device, pharmaceutical, automotive, manufacturing, distribution and consumer goods.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Molly served for over seven years as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Department of Justice, both at the Antitrust Division and at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana. While a federal prosecutor, Molly investigated and acted as trial counsel in a variety of criminal cases, including jury trials. She has experience prosecuting criminal antitrust conspiracies involving procurement fraud, price fixing, bid rigging, and market allocation in national and international industries.
Before her government service, Molly worked at a global law firm assisting multinational clients with antitrust investigations, compliance audits, counseling, and litigation.
