Michelle Boudreaux represents a number of significant oil pipeline companies with respect to compliance with federal and state law governing the transportation of energy commodities by pipeline. Her practice is diverse in that she focuses on administrative litigation, appellate litigation, transactional work related to new infrastructure, and compliance and audit representations. She has represented clients in multiple, complex rate litigation proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the California Public Utilities Commission. She has worked on pipeline projects for the transportation of liquids from every major production area in the United States, performing key contractual and regulatory roles related to billions of dollars of pipeline infrastructure development investments. She has also represented clients in a number of FERC rulemaking proceedings that would have significant impacts on the day-to-day business of FERC-regulated liquids pipelines.
