Maureen represents private equity sponsors, private and public companies and private lenders and pension funds in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders. Maureen has been responsible for financings in connection with major leveraged buy-outs, take-private transactions, asset-based financings, cross-border transactions and liability management transactions, loan workouts and restructurings, including DIP and exit financings. She has handled transactions including senior bank and subordinated or mezzanine financings, both secured and unsecured, and preferred equity financings, ranging in size from several hundred million dollars to several billion dollars. Maureen has represented private credit funds in the emerging market for insurance-backed loans to growth technology companies. Representative clients include Clearlake Capital, Bain Capital, Madison Dearborn Partners, Greenoaks Capital Partners, Vesey Street, Option Care and Deere & Company.
