He has successfully defended and resolved some of the most high-profile cases in the world, and most of his cases are resolved privately with no government enforcement action whatsoever. Filip has extensive experience in court and advising boards of directors.

Career

Served as Deputy U.S. Attorney General (No. 2 position at the U.S. Justice Department) and as a U.S. District Judge in Chicago. Unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate for both positions. Served as a law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia, U.S. Supreme Court (1993-1994).
