Her practice focuses on advising clients in connection with antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions, litigation, investigations and counseling. She represents clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer products, financial services, entertainment and manufacturing. She also has substantial experience litigating antitrust cases. Since joining Kirkland, her matters have included representing Cursor in a potential $60 billion acquisition by SpaceX, an investor consortium including BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners in its pending acquisition of Aligned Data Centers and The AES Corporation, and Akero Therapeutics in its acquisition by Novo Nordisk. Other recent matters include defending Activision Blizzard in its acquisition by Microsoft, Juniper Networks in Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s acquisition of the company, and Visa in its proposed, but terminated, acquisition of Plaid.
