Mr. Monaco has extensive experience as a professor of Master's schools on the discipline of public procurement and project finance, the administrative procedure, the legal nature and procedures for the establishment of joint-stock companies with public participation, real estate funds for the disposal and enhancement of public assets, energy efficiency and the redevelopment of public and private assets, the skills and functions of municipalities and provinces in the light of the local authori-ties reform measures.
