Alessia Trevisan is an expert in M&A, Private Equity Equity and Venture Capital and has gained a relevant experience in corporate and commercial law.

She assists on a regular basis domestic and foreign private equity funds, industrial players, national and multinational industrial operators, venture capital, start-up and researches in mergers and acquisitions deals and, more in general, in structuring and negotiation of extraordinary transactions such as share deals, assets deals, mergers and demergers.

Her practice also focuses on corporate and commercial, providing legal assistance and advice to domestic and foreign companies on ongoing basis in civil and commercial law, especially on corporate governance matters, drafting by-laws, shareholders agreements, option agreements and share-based incentive plans for employees and directors.

Alessia has also gained, amongst other, a relevant experience in compliance matters pursuant to the Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, no. 231. She has assisted and assists companies and no-profit organizations with the implementation and update of the 231 organizational models, in the risk assessment activities and she also supports the Supervisory Boards in their activities.
