Federico Morelli primarily focuses on debt capital markets. His expertise includes the issuance of debt instruments and equity instruments, both dome-stic and international, under EMTN programmes and on a stand-alone basis, including plain vanilla bonds, structured bonds and certificates, both senior and subordinated, liability management transactions, minibond issuances, private placements, capital increases, public tender offers and exchange offers, as well as corporate law and corporate governance matters. Federico has also developed specific expertise in financial sustainability and ESG-related mat-ters.

Federico regularly advises banks, insurance companies and industrial corpora-tions, both Italian and foreign, in relation to the above activities.
