Practice Areas

Angelo Anglani is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer, with a particular focus on cross border litigation and international arbitration. His practice ranges from general commercial litigation to securities litigation, mass and class actions, unfair competition, product liability, litigation or pre-litigation arising from M&A, construction, energy and commercial contracts, also with respect to any insolvency related aspects. He is very active in the area of international and domestic arbitration, whether under the rules of ICC and other arbitral institutions, under ad-hoc rules, or in the context of court chal-lenges of arbitration awards. Frequently appointed as arbitrator in international arbitra-tion proceedings.

He frequently acted as expert on Italian law in legal proceedings pending before foreign courts, preparing affidavit and/or expert reports on aspects of Italian law applicable to the relevant disputes. He also repeatedly assisted, as a counsel, foreign clients in mediation procedures held in Italy.
