Energy, Project Finance and Banking.

Eugenio, Equity Partner, is member of Energy and Banking & Finance Departments. Has extensive experience and skills in domestic and foreign project finance, acquisition finance, export credit and shipping finance transactions. He has been advising domestic and foreign lending entities and borrowers, in the sectors of: energy, shipping, transportation and infrastructures, including highways, high-speed trains, hospitals, ports, offices, parking, hotels, with a strong focus on energy plants.

-Sole contributor for Italy of Project Finance chapter, published by Lexology Getting The Deal (2020-2019-2018);

-Co-Contributor for Italy of 2018 edition of Global Renewable Energy Guide edited by, Çakmak (a corporate law firm in Turkey);

-“The sale of future items”, published in “Private law in Jurisprudence”, supervised by Professor Paolo Cendon.

-Comments to Supreme Court case law, published in the Journal of Notaries, related to refinancing and substitute taxes issues.

-Contribution to EPCM structure agreements for infrastructures realization, published in “Here Energy”, by Biomasse Italia.

Law Degree, magna cum laude. Admitted to the Supreme Court and to Italian Bar. Speaks fluent English.
