Leveraged buyout transactions for clients, including: Oaktree Capital, Pillarstone (KKR), Bridgepoint Capital, Clessidra, Barclays Private Equity, Investcorp, Rhone Capital, L Capital and Opera Private Equity. Complex restructurings of publicly listed and private companies, include: Marie Technimont, Premuda, Navigazione Montanari, Limoni, La Gardenia, and N&W.
