Career

Alberto Toffoletto, Equity Partner, has extensive experience in Dispute Resolu-tion, Antitrust and Competition, Corporate and Commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital.

He advises national, international, and multinational companies and private equity funds on acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), litigations, arbitrations and antitrust law.

Mr. Toffoletto is also Full Professor of Commercial and Company Law at Università degli Studi di Milano.

Alberto Toffoletto was legal advisor to the former Minister for European Affairs, Hon. Vincenzo Amendola.

He is member of the Board at ADVANT Nctm, and he is the Head of Dispute Resolution Department.

He is, in fact, a member of the Board of Directors of B&D Holding S.p.A. (since 2015), a company that can be traced back to the Boroli and Drago families; he also sits on the Board of Directors of Findim Finanziaria S.p.A. (since 2012), holding company of the Fossati family in Italy, and is on the Board of Directors of Effe 2005 - Gruppo Feltrinelli S.p.A. (since 2015) and the Giacomo Feltrinelli Foundation (since 2013).
