Career

Partner and head of the Antitrust practice, Luca specialises in antitrust and litigation. Luca’s expertise covers all areas of the antitrust practice, from assistance before the competent authorities to litigation before civil courts. He regularly assists Italian and multi-national companies in competition law matters. He is a researcher in Commercial Law at University of Milan since 2000, where he currently teaches Competition Law and Economics.

Professional Memberships

Admitted to the Italian Bar in 1995, to the Supreme Court in 2011.

Luca is the author of several academic works on antitrust law, including a monograph on antitrust and technical progress (2009).
