Luigi Croce regularly assists Italian and international clients in relation to Real Estate, M&A and Private Equity topics, with a specific focus on real estate acquisitions and sales (single asset/portfolios) completed also trough special purpose vehicles (such as SIIQ, SICAF, SICAV, etc), asset management and leases. He has been involved in some of the most relevant recent real estate transactions in Italy.

Luigi served for one year as Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the National Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC, Consiglio Nazionale dei Centri Commerciali), of which the Firm was a member for three years. He is also a member of Assoimmobiliare's Board of Arbitrators.
