Career
With significant experience in assisting both national and international clients, Fialho and his team advise on merger and acquisition operations, private equity and venture capital investments, structured equity and debt raising transactions, joint venture formation, and corporate reorganizations across various sectors.
He also provide guidance to companies listed on the BM&FBovespa, investment funds, and financial institutions in the process of establishing, adapting to, and complying with regulations issued by the BM&FBovespa, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and the Central Bank of Brazil. Key sectors served include healthcare, education, retail, pharmaceuticals, mining, information technology, oil and gas, energy, and logistics.
Fialho is a permanent member of the list of arbitrators of the Brazilian Arbitration Chamber for Business (CAMARB) and serves as an arbitrator appointed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the São Paulo Stock Exchange (BM&FBovespa) for resolving corporate disputes.
In addition, Luciano was a Commercial Law professor at Milton Campos Law School and in extension and postgraduate courses at the School of Advocacy of the Brazilian Bar Association (Minas Gerais Section) from 1995 to 2005. He was also a State Prosecutor of Minas Gerais from 1998 to 2002.
He is licensed to practice law in New York (USA), where he was an associate at the law firms Sidley Austin, Brown & Wood (NY, USA, 2003), and Willkie Farr and Gallagher (Washington, DC, USA, 2004).

Luciano worked as a foreign associate at Sidley Austin LLP (NY) and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP (Washington). Fialho is appointed as arbitrator by the ICC (Paris), by CAMARB and by Câmara do Mercado (BM&FBovespa).
Luciano was a Professor of Corporate Law at Milton Campos Law School and at the graduate programs sponsored by the Brazilian Bar Association (Minas Gerais State Chapter) from 1995 to 2005. He also served as a Public Attorney to the State of Minas Gerais, from 1998 to 2002.
