This section looks at corporate, finance, regulatory and litigation matters within the education market. In the corporate and finance fields the research will consider investments, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions in the educational sectors. Regulatory matters will include all advice given with regards to existing regulations and potential regulatory and legislative developments, including disputes before the Ministry of Education (MEC) and other public authorities. Litigious matters will encompass all litigation related to education, such as pupil-related litigation, debt recovery, governance matters, employment law and exclusions.
