Career

Tristão has outstanding performance in business real estate law, focusing on contracts and corporate law. He actively participates in real estate transactions of direct purchase and sale of urban and rural real estate property, advising individuals, legal entities, investment and equity funds.

He also advises clients in raising funds for the development of real estate projects and is responsible for leading multidisciplinary structured transactions for direct or indirect real estate financing. He is recognized by the market as a professional who, in addition to technical expertise, manages to integrate the business vision and join it to the interests of the clients served.
