Nagalli has 20 years of experience in antitrust law and is widely recognized by leading publications and market research as one of the foremost experts in the field in Brazil. His career includes handling notifications of highly complex transactions both in Brazil and the United States, as well as playing a decisive role in some of the country’s most significant cartel and anticompetitive conduct investigations. He is particularly noted for his skill in negotiating leniency agreements and is frequently praised for his strategic vision, clear communication, and ethical approach. His experience spans sectors such as technology, healthcare, auto parts, oil and gas, education, financial services, digital platforms, venture capital, and more.
