Nair Veras Saldanha

Nair specializes in corporate governance and corporate law advisory, with notable experience advising public companies, joint ventures, M&A transactions, global equity offerings, and applying governance practices to ESG and sustainability matters. She advises Brazilian and international companies, financial institutions, and institutional investors on a wide range of corporate and capital markets transactions, both in Brazil and abroad.

Her experience includes M&A and private equity transactions, global equity offerings, preparing companies for IPOs through corporate restructuring, enhancing corporate governance practices, and drafting or reviewing shareholders’ agreements. Nair also has a strong track record advising on landmark debt transactions in the infrastructure sector.
