Leonardo is one of the co-founders of the firm and is ahead of the Private and Economic Law practice areas, which especially encompass commercial contracts, complex litigation (including arbitration), infrastructure and projects, antitrust and international trade law.

Having major experience in the drafting of a variety of private, international and domestic agreements, he has particular expertise in agreements on distributorship and franchising contracts, unincorporated joint ventures agreements, as well as contracts relating to infrastructure and Project Finance, such as EPC, EPCM, Alliance, DBOT, BOO, Off Take.

Career

Experience as adjunct professor for the disciplines of Antitrust Regulation and Contracts. Advised owners and contractors in some of the most complex engineering/infrastructure projects in Brazil.

He has experience as an arbitrator and attorney in highly complex/high-value strategic litigation, before the most renowned arbitration chambers in Brazil and abroad.
