Ricardo Madrona is one of the founding partners of Madrona Advogados.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has led hundreds of M&A and corporate restructuring projects, covering transactions of varying sizes and complexity across sectors such as education, healthcare, technology, financial services, retail, food and beverage, and infrastructure. His experience includes representing both sellers and buyers—domestic and international—including private equity funds, several of which significant for the Brazilian banking sector.
Ricardo stands among the most experienced and respected M&A professionals in the country and is recognized for his strong business vision. His reputation is further enhanced by his ability to conduct sophisticated negotiations with clarity and agility, as well as his deep technical expertise and approachable manner. Ricardo also has significant experience in arbitration, acting both as counsel and as a member of arbitral panels in corporate and contractual disputes.
