Leonardo's work focuses on investment fund operations, regulatory issues, and fintechs. He represents financial institutions, managers, structurers, and investors in the formation of investment funds and operations involving underlying assets such as the purchase and sale of real estate, equity interests, receivables, unpaid loans, and other high-risk assets.

He also advises fintechs on regulatory matters and represents clients in administrative procedures before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and ANBIMA.
