Leonardo is highly regarded for his expertise in structuring and publicly offering structured investment funds, including Receivables Investment Funds (Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios – FIDC), Private Equity Investment Funds (Fundo de Investimento em Participações – FIP), and Real Estate Investment Funds (Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário – FII). He also advises on securitization through Receivables Certificates, debt transactions, and regulatory matters involving the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).

Di Cola has extensive experience advising investment funds, working closely with financial institutions, asset managers, structuring agents, and investors. He is widely recognized by peers and clients for his practical, business-oriented approach and for his strategic insights.
