Career

Alice has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, in which she represents Brazilian and foreign clients, as well as in sector consolidation matters. She works in advising on the formation of joint ventures and other strategic alliances, in addition to structuring corporate governance rules and formalizing shareholders’ agreements.

Alice advises management companies in the structuring and implementation of private equity and venture capital investments. She also has expertise in consulting services on fundraising with national and foreign investors, including the formation of feeder funds and offshore vehicles. She is also highly experienced in advising large transactions in various sectors such as pulp & paper, banking and health.
