ADVANT Nctm’s Antitrust and Competition Law practice covers the entire spectrum of the branches of competition law before the European Commission, the Italian Competition Authority (“ICA”), the Italian regulatory authorities (e.g., the Authority for Telecommunications), and national and European Courts.
