Lorentz Reige

Lorentz Reige advises public authorities, private companies, and individuals, primarily within the areas of Public Procurement, Public Contracts, and Swedish Foundation Law.

He has considerable experience in providing legal and strategic advice to both private and public actors regarding the various types of questions that arise in public-private relations. Lorentz regularly assists clients in large and complex procurements, such as major infrastructure projects, as well as in day-to-day matters, such as questions regarding the rules on public access to information and secrecy. He frequently represents clients in court, mainly in public procurement review procedures and other types of procedures in the administrative courts, for example, regarding permits and appeals of other types of administrative decisions by public entities.

Within the area of Foundation Law, Lorentz has broad and in-depth experience in advising clients on the establishment and management of foundations, particularly concerning the preparation and amendment of statutes and strategic and legal questions regarding the board of directors' responsibilities. He regularly represents foundations in contacts with the Swedish authorities. Lorentz has particular experience working with international non-profit organisations interested in establishing a local Swedish organisation.
