Career
Mr. Jiang Liwei graduated from Tsinghua University and East China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in Procedural law and a Juris Doctor in intellectual property law.
Mr. Jiang has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2021 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2021. （Prior to this, he worked 2 years with LexField Law Offices as a partner.）Mr. Jiang has worked in 4 courts in Beijing for 12 years with 10 years of experience in intellectual property trials. He handled more than 1,600 civil and administrative IP cases.
Mr. Jiang specializes in protection of intellectual property rights, anti-monopoly, anti-unfair competition, and litigation and arbitration.
In the area of intellectual property, Mr. Jiang has provided legal service for several domestic and foreign companies in litigation, arbitration and compliance related to trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, and anti-unfair competition, including TAL Education Group, STACE, Ireader Technology, Goodix Technology, Chigo Air Conditioning, and Hengda Hi-Tech, etc.
Mr. Jiang also has extensive experience in the area of anti-monopoly. He has provided legal service for foreign companies in anti-monopoly investigations by domestic anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies. The legal services he provided include anti-monopoly investigation response, complaints, litigation and compliance, etc. His clients include famous companies such as a multinational shipping company, Guangdong Pisen Electronics, a joint venture automobile company, and an Internet education technology company, etc.
Mr. Jiang was admitted to PRC bar in 2018.
