Pengfei Xu graduated from Peking University Law School with LL.B.
Mr. Xu worked in ICBC Tianjin Branch from July 2000 to January 2001. Then he worked in Beijing Office of Komatsu, Koma & Nishikawa Law Offices from February 2001 to January 2003.
