Chunwei Liang

Chunwei Liang graduated from Peking University School of Law in 1995 with a bachelor degree in law.

Mr. Liang worked as a clerk with China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission from March to July, 1995. After that, he joined Jingtian & Gongcheng and became a partner in 2001.

Mr. Liang specializes in corporate, securities, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment.

Mr. Liang has intensive experiences in a corporate and securities fields. He has represented a number of leading companies in their initial public offerings and listings on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, including New World China Land Limited, Hengan International Group Company Limited, Ports Design Limited, Parkson Retail Group Limited, New World Department Stores China Limited, 361 Degrees International Limited, China Lilang Limited, and Zhongsheng Group Holdings Limited. Mr. Liang’s experience involves such industries as real estate, retail, and consumer goods. Mr. Liang also has handled numerous arbitration cases as well as foreign direct investment projects.

Mr. Liang obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate and he is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
