Career

Mr. Liujie Li graduated from Peking University Law School in 2000 with an LLB degree. He obtained an LL.M. degree from Peking University Law School in 2003.

Mr. Li started his legal profession in Beijing Office of Woo Kwan Lee & Lo as a PRC legal consultant from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2011, he worked for Jun He Law Offices as a senior associate. Afterwards, Mr. Li joined Jingtian & Gongcheng. Mr. Li was elected as a partner by the partners’ meeting of our firm in 2013.

Mr. Li specializes in securities law and capital market, M&A, and FDI, etc.

In the area of securities and capital market, Mr. Li has been advising on the overseas offering of many companies, including Tenwow International Holdings Limited (1219.HK), Baoxin Auto Group Limited (1293.HK), Hidili (1393.HK), GST Holdings Limited (0416.HK), China Automation Group Limited (0569.HK), Camelot Information Systems Inc. (CIS) and SoFan.com, covering a wide range of industry sectors including energy, electronics, retails and manufacture. Mr. Li has also been acting as PRC legal counsel in many large-scale M&A projects.

Mr. Li was admitted to the PRC bar in 2000.

Mr. Li is a native mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
