Career

In the area of securities, Mr. Zhang made unique contributions to the successful initial public offering (IPO) and listing of many companies, including but not limited to A-share IPO of Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd., A-share IPO of PetroChina Co., Ltd., A-share IPO of China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., A-share IPO of Hunan Changgao High-voltage Switchgear Group Co., Ltd., A-share IPO of Jihua Group Co., Ltd., listing on NASDAQ of Harbin Electric, Inc., Ltd., listing on NASDAQ of 3Sbio Inc., and listing on HK Stock Exchange of Nine Dragons Paper (holdings) Ltd.

Mr. Zhang has represented foreign and domestic investors in the merge and acquisition of equities of many different public and non-public enterprises.

Acting as the special counsel of Beijing Development and Reform Commission, Mr. Zhang once provided legal services concerning bid invitations and submissions as well as project constructions to National Gymnasium and Olympic Villages of 2008 Beijing Olympics.
