Career

Zhenhua Xiang graduated from Zhejiang University Law School with a LLB degree in 1989 and Peking University Law School with a LLM degree in 1997.

Mr. Xiang has been a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2002. Before he joining Jingtian & Gongcheng in 1995, Mr. Xiang had served in Zhejiang Lianhe Law Firm as a lawyer and the People’s Daily as editor and reporter.

Mr. Xiang specializes in the fields of corporate finance, M & A and FDI. He has been responsible for a series of projects of corporation restructuring, IPOs, private placement, mergers and acquisitions, etc. He also provides legal services to several enterprises as the legal counsel.

Mr. Xiang obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1990. He is fluent in both Chinese and English.
