Kristin Mendoza

Kristin L. Mendoza is an M&A/private equity partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kristin advises private equity firms and strategic investors in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, growth equity investments, and other complex equity holder arrangements, reorganizations and other general corporate matters, focusing in the energy and infrastructure sector. She regularly represents leading private equity infrastructure and impact funds, including ArcLight Capital Partners, TPG Rise and Rise Climate Funds, JP Morgan Asset Management - Infrastructure Investments Fund and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.
