Kristin advises private equity firms and strategic investors in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, growth equity investments, and other complex equity holder arrangements, reorganizations and other general corporate matters, focusing in the energy and infrastructure sector.
