Kimberly regularly advises on transactions involving hyperscale and AI-driven data center campuses, behind-the-meter power arrangements, and mission-critical infrastructure, often involving multibillion-dollar capital stacks and bespoke financing structures. She also counsels clients on the structuring and negotiation of data center customer contracts, including long-term leases, colocation arrangements, and related operational and governance agreements.
