Kenneth Young is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Houston office whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and energy disputes, with a particular focus on class actions defense. Kenneth represents major oil, gas, and power companies, midstream companies, as well as private-equity portfolio companies in a variety of industries. Kenneth is sought after for aggressive and relentless approach to litigation, and his ability to pursue and defend against novel and complex legal theories and win complicated business disputes. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court throughout the United States in a variety of matters, including contract, real property, intellectual property, and employment, and class action disputes.
