Represents clients in proceedings to obtain authorisation to operate in Poland. She supports clients in structuring transactions and preparing and negotiating transaction documentation in financing and refinancing transactions and in M&A processes, particularly in the area of public companies and with the participation of venture capital and private equity funds.
