Agata Mierzwa

Specialises in labour and social security law, with special focus on cross-border aspects. She advises on, inter alia, company restructuring (including transfer of employment establishments, group redundancies and other forms of employment reduction), drawing up internal regulations and representing employers in relations with trade unions. She has extensive experience in advising on optimum forms for employing management personnel and negotiating key executive departures.
