Participates in tax due diligences, development of tax effective acquisition and investment exit structures, transaction refinancing and asset re-evaluations. Advises on restructuring projects, privatisations, and capital and tax group consolidations. Provides tax advisory services to clients operating in the construction, energy, financial, pharmaceutical, real estate and manufacturing sectors. Advises entities in the private equity entities and sector investors.

A licensed tax adviser with over 20 years’ experience gained in M&A Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers and DZP’s Tax Practice.
