Managing Partner at DZP, Head of the Corporate and M&A Practice. Adviser to both Polish and foreign firms on investment and acquisition projects on both private and public markets. Negotiator in many complex and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions. Krzysztof is also a head of DZP’s international relations.

Attorney ad litem in national and international arbitration cases connected with merger and acquisition transactions and investment protection (BIT). An arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.

Joined Bureau of Government Plenipotentiary for Ownership Transformation, Finance Ministry (1989-90). Deputy Head of Legal Department, Privatisation Ministry (1990-92). Participated in legislative work for Privatisation Act and Act on Companies with Foreign Participation. Participated in privatisation of the 'first five'. Co-author and negotiator of Poland's first public company takeover. He is one of DZP's founders and has been its Managing Partner since 1999.
