Józef Palinka

Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice. He specialises in court and arbitration disputes and in corporate law. In addition, his experience covers legal advisory on numerous share purchase transactions, including privatisation deals. He represents clients within numerous sectors, including construction, energy, media, financial institutions, telecommunications and transport. He has acted for clients in common and arbitration courts and in the Supreme Court in, e.g. numerous construction and corporate disputes and in bank-related cases, which had an immense importance to the Polish economy.

He was an adviser to the Minister of Finance on banking and insurance law (1990-92) and a member of a group of experts at the Ministry of Privatisation in 1993-1997. He joined DZP as a Partner in 1999.

Member of The Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.

Author of numerous publications on company law and dispute resolution.
