Advises clients in the power, heat, fuel and gas sectors on all aspects of energy business, mainly on regulatory and transactional issues, investment performance, infrastructure project financing, commercial contracts and utilities procurement. Adviser in a project to construct the strategic Baltic Pipe gas pipeline and has also advised on a project to build the first nuclear power plant in Poland. Advises on the implementation of cogeneration and renewable energy investment projects; on the restructuring of capital groups, and on M&A and IPO transactions in Poland, mainly in the energy sector; on legal aspects of trading in energy, guarantees of origin, emissions rights and also gas and liquid fuels; and on projects carried out for power and gas system operators.

Speaker at conferences on problems in the renewable energy and cogeneration sector, the heating industry, the gas sector, energy sector project financing investments, functioning of the gas sector, changes to energy law and EU regulations on the energy and gas and liquid fuel sectors. In 1997, he was awarded a PhD in Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics.
