Adviser in a project to construct the strategic Baltic Pipe gas pipeline and has also advised on a project to build the first nuclear power plant in Poland. Advises on the implementation of cogeneration and renewable energy investment projects; on the restructuring of capital groups, and on M&A and IPO transactions in Poland, mainly in the energy sector; on legal aspects of trading in energy, guarantees of origin, emissions rights and also gas and liquid fuels; and on projects carried out for power and gas system operators.
